I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and can provide the right therapeutic counselling to suit your individual needs. I specialise and have particular experience in relationship and bereavement counselling, drug/alcohol abuse, phobias and obsessive-compulsive disorders, anxiety/stress/work related illness and eating disorders.

My qualifications include a BSc (Hons) Psychology degree. I am a MASC (BCS) qualified counsellor and I am an Associate Member of the Associated Stress Consultants.
